Sitting on the exclusive Rocky Point Estate, ´alinghi´ is one of just four homes built within 14-acres of private bushland. ´Honeymoon Bay´ is a beach shared between ´alinghi´ and the three other homes, and as if that isn’t enough there is a pool and tennis court to boot. There are two parts to the house – the main house and the private Bedroom Pavilion.
Everything in the house is ultra-modern and super indulgent, from the décor and the oversized showers to the espresso maker. The main house sleeps up to 12, very comfortably, in two king-size rooms with ensuites and two double bunk rooms which share a family bathroom. Each room has an exceptional ocean view. Downstairs the stylish living and dining areas open up to a central terrace platform that overhangs the ocean. A gob-smacking location. On the other side of the platform is the self-contained ‘Bedroom Pavilion’ – a king-sized bedroom with ensuite and a fully equipt office with fax and broadband facilities.
The house is perfect for al fresco dining and Aussie barbecues, or if you want to take the fuss out of self-catering a private chef can be arranged. From every room you can watch a sensational sunrise and enjoy the sea views in absolute comfort. ´alinghi´ is the perfect retreat for romantic getaways, family holidays and gatherings of friends. Out and About
Explore the bush tracks on foot or follow the beach trail to the neighbouring Springs beach.
Spot goannas, wallabies and local wildlife.
Take surfing lessons at the nearby Agnes Water.
Take a boat trip to Lady Musgrave Island, a coral lagoon where you can snorkel, swim with sea turtles or go diving (just an hour away by catamaran)
